Your ticket

• A ticket is valid for one person at one run. Every ticket has its own QR code; it’s scanned at the entrance and can’t be used twice.
• You can pass your ticket on to someone else – just send them the link. Reselling tickets for more than you paid isn’t allowed.
• You pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay through Stripe. Your ticket is sent right after payment.
• Prices include all taxes. The price covers what’s listed on the run page.

Taking part

• This is a group run, not a race. There’s no timing – you run at your own pace.
• You take part at your own risk: only run if your health allows it, follow traffic rules and the organisers’ instructions.
• Under [AGE, e.g. 16] – only with an adult.
• We take photos and video at the runs, and they may appear on Sun United channels. If you’d rather not be in them, tell the photographer or the organisers.

Refunds

We only refund tickets if we cancel the run. In that case you get the full amount back, the same way you paid.

Otherwise tickets aren’t refundable. If you can’t make it, you can pass your ticket on to a friend – just send her your ticket link.

The 14-day right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to leisure services provided on a specific date (Civil Code of Lithuania, Art. 6.228¹⁰(2)(12)).
